The Scoop has a maximum capacity of 30 grams, with measurements at the 5, 10 & 20 gram mark.

Please note that the scoop capacity is designed to a 60mLs/cc volume. Powdered supplement servings are averaged to a density of 0.5 grams per cubic mL, therefore a 60mL volume equates to a 30 gram serving.

Our unique scoop closure is a one size fits all. Just like a measuring cup, you may need to scoop more than once to achieve serving sizes greater than 30 grams.

We offer one cup size which has a maximum capacity of 600mLs / 20oz. Both metric and imperial markings can be found on the rear of the cup.

Metric markings - 50mL, 100mL, 200mL, 300mL, 400mL, 500mL, 600mL.

Imperial markings – 4oz, 8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz.

All of our products are BPA/BPS free and made from food safe materials.

Wash and rinse your shaker thoroughly before first use and after each use. Gently hand wash with a non-abrasive sponge for best results. Pro Scoop parts are all top shelf dishwasher safe, however we highly recommend washing by hand for product longevity.

Our products are designed to be highly leak resistant and we can guarantee that that you won’t experience any leaks whist shaking, mixing or drinking!

However we suggest you do not keep the bottle in an upside-down position for extended periods of time as this can occasionally lead to some dripping.

We’ve found many supplement users don’t use these mixer balls; however we sell them as an optional item via https://www.proscoop.com.au/products/mixer-ball in an effort to stop unwanted mixer balls contributing to landfill and ending in waste.

Minimum orders start from 500 units, however this can increase subject to the level of customisation.

Our ‘generic’ shakers retail for $32.95 AUD, however we recommend retailing branded shakers for AUD $34.95.

We offer express shipping for all Australian orders. Please add this during checkout at a flat rate of $15.

Pro Scoop is happy to exchange any products which are delivered faulty within 14 days of receiving your purchase; however we do not provide refunds for change of mind. The product must be unused & returned to Pro Scoop in its original packaging.

If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product please notify our customer service team at team@proscoop.com.au Please include your contact details, proof of purchase and evidence of your damaged or defective goods.

Returns outside these time frames may be accepted at the discretion of Pro Scoop and may only be exchanged for an alternative product unless found faulty.

Customers who have purchased Pro Scoop from an authorized retailer must initiate all returns and exchanges via the original point of purchase.

At Pro Scoop we provide a 12 month warranty for non-conforming parts with any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not extend to general wear and tear of the product.

Customers must notify Pro Scoop immediately and provide a proof of purchase in order for us to provide you with an exchange or refund.

Pro Scoop will replace without charge any defective parts or products, upon receiving satisfactory evidence of the defect.
